Helder is the founder of NOVYQ Holdings, an independent technology venture studio based in Windhoek and focused on building practical decision systems for complex operational, regulatory and commercial problems.

His work is shaped by hands-on experience across retail, logistics, workforce coordination, warehouse operations, customer service, order processing and distribution. That operating background informs NOVYQ’s approach: start with the real point of failure, organise the evidence and support a clearer, accountable decision.

Through NOVYQ, Helder is developing focused systems across battery passport readiness, procurement intelligence, credit and payment risk, operational diagnostics, transport and permit infrastructure, infrastructure opportunity coordination and retail comparison.
